Fibromyalgia is a condition in which a person suffers from widespread pain, tenderness of muscles and joints and is left sleepless and tired. The word Fibromyalgia is a combination of words from Greek and Latin. In New Latin, the word fibro means ?fibrous tissues'. ?Myos' means muscles in Greek, while the Greek word ?Algos' translates to pain.
